051 พระนารายณ์ Narayana

พระนารายณ์เป็นมหาเทพผู้ทรงภารกิจรักษาความสมดุลของจักรวาลและปกป้องโลกจากอธรรม เป็นองค์แห่ง “การคงไว้” ในตรีมูรติร่วมกับพระพรหมผู้สร้างและพระศิวะผู้ทำลาย พระองค์มักประทับเหนือเกษียรสมุทร มีอนันตนาคราชเป็นบัลลังก์ สื่อถึงความนิรันดร์และพลังจักรวาล พระนารายณ์อวตารลงมาในหลายปางเพื่อแก้ไขวิกฤตในโลกมนุษย์ เช่น รามา กฤษณะ วามนะ หรือพระกัลกี รูปลักษณ์สี่กรพร้อมสังข์ จักร คทา และบัลลังก์ สะท้อนพลังแห่งธรรมะ ปัญญา และการปกป้อง พระองค์จึงเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของผู้ค้ำจุนสรรพสิ่งให้ดำรงอยู่อย่างสงบและมั่นคง

Lord Vishnu is the Great Deity tasked with maintaining the balance of the universe and protecting the world from unrighteousness (Adharma). He represents the principle of “Preservation” within the Trimurti, alongside Brahma the Creator and Shiva the Destroyer.
He is often depicted reclining upon the Ocean of Milk, using the serpent Ananta Shesha as His couch/throne, symbolizing eternity and cosmic power. Lord Vishnu takes various Avatars (incarnations) to resolve crises in the human world, such as Rama, Krishna, Vamana, or Kalki.
His four-armed appearance, holding a conch (shankha), discus (chakra), mace (gada), and lotus (padma), reflects the power of righteousness (Dharma), wisdom, and protection. He is thus the symbol of the upholder of all existence, maintaining peace and stability.
