วิศวรูปคือรูปสูงสุดที่พระกฤษณะเผยให้แก่อรชุนในมหาภารตะตอนภคควันคีตา เมื่ออรชุนลังเลไม่อยากเข้าสงคราม พระกฤษณะจึงทรงเปิดเผยสภาวะอันยิ่งใหญ่ไร้ขอบเขต แสดงให้เห็นว่าเทพทั้งปวง โลกทั้งสาม และกาลเวลา ล้วนรวมอยู่ในพระองค์เดียว รูปกายนี้เต็มไปด้วยเศียร พระกร และดวงตานับไม่ถ้วน เปล่งประกายดั่งไฟแห่งการสร้างและทำลาย วิศวรูปจึงเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของ “สัจธรรมสูงสุด” ที่แสดงว่าธรรมะเหนือกว่ามนุษย์ อัตตา และความกลัวทั้งปวง เพื่อให้อรชุนตระหนักและทำหน้าที่ที่ควรทำ

The Vishvarupa is the supreme form that Phra Kritsana (Lord Krishna) revealed to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita section of the Mahabharata. When Arjuna was hesitant about entering the war, Lord Krishna unveiled His boundless, colossal state, showing that all deities, the three worlds, and time itself are contained within Him alone.
This form is filled with countless heads, arms, and eyes, radiating light like the fire of creation and destruction. The Vishvarupa thus became the symbol of “The Supreme Truth,” demonstrating that the Dharma (righteousness) transcends human ego and all fear, compelling Arjuna to realize and perform his destined duty.
