006 พระศุกร์ Shukra

พระศุกร์เป็นเทพแห่งดาวศุกร์ ผู้แทนพลังแห่งความรัก ความงาม ความสุขสบาย และเสน่ห์อันอ่อนโยน พระองค์เป็นบุตรของ มหาฤๅษีภฤคุ (Bhrigu) ทำให้พระองค์มีทั้งความละเมียดละไมและปัญญาลึกซึ้งที่งอกงามจากรากเหง้าทางฤๅษี พระศุกร์ทรงสมรสกับ เทวีชยันตี (Jayanti) ธิดาของพระอินทร์ และมีธิดาคือ เทวายนี (Devayani) ผู้มีบทบาทสำคัญในมหาภารตะและเป็นที่รู้จักในฐานะสตรีผู้มากด้วยอำนาจและปัญญา
